POOL Information
In order to have access to the Sapphire Pointe pool and other amenities, you must be current on your assessments and in good standing with the Association.
The pool is open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.  Lap swim is from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m.  The pool is closed from 9 am to 10 am daily for cleaning.  Please note that the pool MUST close during adverse weather conditions or if the temperature outside drops below 65 degrees.  When the pool closes early during these conditions, there is no lap swim the next morning as the gate must be locked using the dead bolt, so the card system is not accessible.

Proposed Verizon Cell tower nearby the Clubhouse
Posted on Mar 21st, 2017 Comments (0)
These are photos of the style of cell tower that Verizon is proposing to place nearby the Sapphire Pointe Clubhouse.  These are being installed in order to increase coverage and signal strength.  It is hoped by Verizon that these will not look very obtrusive and or ugly, compared to a normal pole style cell tower.
Link to document with photos and look below for additional photos.
Feel free to comment and provide your thoughts.
A representative fro Verizon will be at the April 20th Board meeting to answer questions.
Roundabouts wrong way drivers
Posted on Feb 15th, 2017 Comments (0)
A homeowner near the roundabout near Azurite (the Puma Ridge (fountain) has noticed drivers taking “short cuts” around the circle.  There is limited visibility there and that sort of driving is dangerous.
On any of our roundabouts, please drive around them in the correct direction.
Construction along Right of Way

In case you hadn't seen the construction along the Excel Energy power line right of way, this is being done by the Town of Castle Rock.  The water department is installing a 36" water main that runs from north of Sapphire Pointe at Happy Canyon road, approx. through the power line right of way south to the water treatment plant nearby the King Sooper's at Founders Village.
The water department sent a post card mailing to residents along the right of way back in November.
