BRC COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
Day-to-day operations of the community are handled by BRC Community Management , under the direction of the HOA Board of Directors.
BRC is responsible for inspections of homeowners properties3, mailing out violation letters, handling questions, collecting HOA dues, dealing with title companies, calculation and payment of HOA taxes, hiring and management of contractors, etc. The Community Manager also meets with the Board of Directors on a monthly basis to give a report on community operations and to receive direction from Board members.
If you receive a letter from BRC that feel is incorrect, please call BRC to discuss the matter further. The Board wants to foster better homeowner communications.
The Board would like to remind homeowner’s who want to make any changes or improvements to their property that they must present their plans to BRC Community Management. The Management Company will then forward the plans to the Design Review Committee for approval .
3 The HOA inspections are the duty of BRC and its direct staff. Board members should not be involved in inspections or policing. Please contact BRC immediately if you encounter any freelance enforcement going on. Board members are occasionally required to inspect properties or meet with homeowners, upon request from the homeowners and with their prior notification and permission given. This is generally coordinated with BRC.
