In the December newsletter the HOA informed the residents that we would be hiring a Landscape Architect to redesign various sections of our community that we will be improving over the next years. It is a Town of Castle Rock requirement we do this for any improvements. In the newsletter we asked if any resident has any ideas or suggestions to please contact the HOA.
We are starting the process Monday 1/11/10 with the LSA and any residents are welcome to come to the meeting which is posted on the community calendar at the HOA's website or if you prefer, call or email the property manager with suggestions and we will add them to the lists already compiled by the Landscape Committee. Please keep in mind that due to Town rules some things may be impossible to implement (ie: sod) but all suggestions will be welcomed and asked to the licensed professional the HOA has hired. This is going to be a couple month process and once a drawn plan is developed, it will be posted on the website to view.
