General FAQ

Can I pay my HOA dues by credit card?

No, but you can establish an automatic payment using ACH, which will transfer your dues automatically each month from your bank account to BRC.

Where do I get a key card for the pool?

You should be mailed one when you move into the community.  If you did not receive a key card, please contact BRC to obtain one.

Can I email the board with questions or comments?

Yes, you can send a message to the board using the board of directors contact form ... click here.

Can people in Cutter's Ridge, Puma Ridge or Cliffside use the pool?

Yes, all members in good standing (up to date on their dues) can use the Sapphire Pointe Master Association Pool.

We encourage you to come down and enjoy the pool in 2010 ... and bring some $$ for the snack bar, if you want!

Items are generally $1 or $1.50 each and may change depending on homeowner demand.  Any profits made will be reinvested into these facilities to benefit homeowners.

Can I download documents from this site?

Yes, you can download all documents if you are a registered user. You may be able to download some documents if you are not a registered user.

Typically, downloads are posted in the downloads section.

Who is BRC ?

BRC is the properly management company for the Sapphire Pointe Master Association.  They work for the Sapphire Pointe Master Association board.

Some of their duties are outlined here.

What does BOD stand for?

BOD = Board Of Directors

Does Cutter's Ridge have its own Board?

Yes, Cutter's Ridge has it's own Board and also it's own management company.

Cutter's Ridge is an official sub-association of the Sapphire Pointe Master Association.

Cutter's Ridge pays it's own sub-association fees and also the monthly fee for the Sapphire Pointe master association.  Cutter's Ridge homeowners have full access to the clubhouse, pool and common areas that other homeowners in Sapphire Pointe, Puma Ridge and Cliffside do.

Does Puma Ridge have its own Board?

Not at this time.

What does DRC stand for?

DRC = Design Review Committee

What is a DRR ?

DRR = Design Review Request

Whenever you make a change to the exterior of your home or landscape -- you typically need to submit a DRR to the DRC first to be reviewed. 

See the DRC FAQ for more information related to DRR and submitting DRR(s).

Can I attend a Committee Meeting?

Yes, all committee meetings are open to attendance for members (homeowners) in the association. 

Guests / Contractors / Designers can also attend, if they make an appointment with BRC ahead of time.

Before attending a meeting, it is advisable to first Contact Us  to make a reservation.

If you are attending a DRC meeting, you would typically only stay as long as necessary to discuss your own DRR. Typically, the DRC has time for 1-2 (in-person) homeowners reviews per meeting and making a reservation through the management company is preferable.
