Clubhouse Deck

The clubhouse deck is unavailable for use of any kind until further notice.  The board is currently evaluating the appropriate repair options.

Water Wiser clase for SP residents May 2018

Castle Rock “Water Wiser” class for everyone in the Sapphire Pointe HOA. ONLY SP HOA residents may attend. A representative from Castle Rock water will conduct the class at the clubhouse. Water Wiser is a program that exempts you from the scheduled watering days during the summer. This means you can water/not water whenever you want and save a ton on your water bill. If you have already taken the class, please note that you need to take it again. Rick from CR Water came to the last HOA meeting and informed us that ALL Water Wiser certificates will expire and the class needs to be taken again. Here’s your chance!

Newsletter is online only

Starting in February 2017, the Sapphire Pointe Newsletter is online only.

The newest issue will usually post the first week of the month, baring any unforeseen problem with the publisher.

Roundabouts wrong way drivers

A homeowner near the roundabout near Azurite (the Puma Ridge (fountain) has noticed drivers taking “short cuts” around the circle. There is limited visibility there and that sort of driving is dangerous.
On any of our roundabouts, please drive around them in the correct direction.
